If you are dis-satisfied with an item purchased from us, please phone or email straight away to notify us.

If the goods were purchased through the website or telephone sale, the goods in question must be returned to us un-opened within 7 days of your first notification, and must be received by us in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for re-sale.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Any returned goods must carry a copy of proof of purchase.
The goods must be packed to a satisfactory standard and sent back in a manner so as to ensure that they reach us in their original saleable condition.
Please enclose your name and address and explain your reason for return.
We will quickly send you a replacement or refund your money.
We do not refund delivery costs. Global Rifle reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund should we deem that the returned item(s) and/or packaging do not fulfill the above criteria. Any such punitive deduction is entirely at our discretion without resort to mediation. Postal, carriage or other delivery charges for items returned are at the expense of the returnee and Global Rifle do not accept any liability whatsoever for lost or missing items which have not been handed over to us by your chosen courier or charges incurred when returning any item previously supplied by us.

If you purchased the item at a Show, or at our premises, we are only able to exchange goods if they are found to be faulty. Please notify us and then return the goods within 7 days of your notification.

We regret that we will not refund goods bought in a face to face transaction just because you found the item cheaper, or changed your mind afterwards. Where time allows, we endeavour to demonstrate items at time of purchase to ensure your satisfaction and that the item is suitable for your purpose. We are proud of what we sell and want you to enjoy it fully.
